Our story.

The Verdict Pop Up Catering blossomed between a duo of unlikely friends; a boss and his employee, both passionate, ambitious and true professionals in their respective fields.

Together we set ourselves the challenge of creating a unique food van that services the greater Sunraysia region.

We built our van from the bottom up with our own two hands, specifically designing it to incorporate the best of both worlds. We come to you with not only a mobile gourmet kitchen but a fully licensed bar, ready to go and perfectly suited for any function or occasion,

Our Chef, Sean, comes with plenty of experience under his belt and a passion for all things food. His diverse range of skills and knowledge enable us to provide you, our client, with nothing but the best of the best. 

Our Front of House Manager, Tim, is the type of guy you want running the show. Oozing with charisma, charm, skills and knowledge, he'll make sure that you and you're guests aren't left unimpressed. 

We love to work closely with our clients and their occasion as we strive to create real, elegant food where flavour and presentation are deliciously balanced paired with service that's second to none.
