7- Day Payment terms for all Invoices.

Is based on the approx. number of people you suggested upon enquiring, A significant drop (+/-10%) in the number of guests attending may result in price changes.

Is valid for 3 months after the send date or up to the date of your event unless notified by VPC.

  • Terms

1500-dollar minimum spend is required for all functions.

Terms are agreed to in full by the client upon payment of your deposit.

Booking deposit must be paid before or upon stated due date unless prior arrangements have been made.

Booking deposits are not refundable.

Final number of people attending will be confirmed 21 days prior to the event, this will be the number charged.

  • CANCELLATION & VARIATION OF ORDERS

a. Cancellation outside 90 days of the event date will incur fees to cover any site visits, work done to date and booking deposit retained.

b. Cancellation 21 – 90 days prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total contract price.

c. Cancellation 2 - 21 days prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total contract price.

d. Cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total contract price.

  • Final remaining balance must be paid before or upon stated due date of the event unless prior arrangements have been made and acknowledged by Tim Chapman of VPC.
